At Lifely, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Lifely account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a courier pickup from your doorstep or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller decor items.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
